From an order value of €59.00, you will receive free shipping within Germany. Otherwise, the shipping costs within Germany are €6.00 - €8.00 depending on the size and weight of your order.
From an order value of €99.00, you will receive free shipping within the EU and UK. Otherwise, the shipping costs within the EU are €16.50 - €19.00 depending on the size and weight of your order.
From an order value of €149.00, you will receive free shipping to Iceland, Norway and Switzerland. Otherwise, the shipping costs to these countries are €22.00 - €24.00 depending on the size and weight of your order.
The minimum order amount is €10.
As soon as your package leaves us, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This contains a tracking number, with which you can track the shipping status of your delivery online. Use the link provided in your email.
Please note that the tracking number only becomes active when it is registered with the shipping company. If the number does not work immediately, please try again later.
You can also pick up your order in our store in Berlin. To do so, please select In-store Pickup” as a method of payment in the second ordering step. After completing your order you can generally pick up the items on the next business day. We will confirm via email that your order is ready for pick-up.
Orders that are placed after 8 a.m. on a Friday can be picked up on the following Monday (except holidays). For faster processing please indicate your order number, which is shown in the order confirmation e-mail.

Carefully enter your order number in the field Customer's reference, fill out your address information, and then click on the Submit button. Once submitted, you will immediately receive an email with an access link to your return label. Click on the link and print out the return label. Lastly, stick the return label you have printed out on the package and deliver it to a DHL branch or packing station.
Please note that your return is only free of charge if you use our return label above. Otherwise, the return will be at your own expense, and unfortunately, we cannot reimburse postage costs.

Once the decision to approve or reject your refund has been made, we will notify you immediately.
In case you haven't received your refund after you are approved, recheck your bank account. Afterward, contact the credit card company because sometimes it takes time for the refund to be posted officially.
