Our delivery promise
Your health and beauty products are ready for dispatch within 2 to 3 working days. The delivery takes place with DHL.
The shipping costs within Germany are 4.50 - 5.50 euros depending on the size and weight of your order! From an order value of € 50.00, you will receive free shipping within Germany. The minimum order amount is € 10.
The shipping costs within the EU are 10.00 - 13.00 euros depending on the size and weight of your order! From an order value of € 100.00, you will receive free shipping within the EU. The minimum order amount is € 10.
You can also pick up your order in our store in Berlin. To do so, please select “In-store Pickup” as a method of payment in the second ordering step. After completing your order you can generally pick up the items on the next business day. We will confirm via email that your order is ready for pick-up.

Orders that are placed after 8 AM on a Friday can be picked up on the following Monday (except holidays). For faster processing please indicate your order number, which is shown in the order confirmation e-mail.

We hope you are completely satisfied with your products, but if you are not satisfied, we are not satisfied and ready to make it right for you.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, kindly let us know. We will happily refund you for any purchase from our retail and online store. Our return policy allows you 21 days to return the item with the exception of ingestible products. To be eligible for a refund, the product should be 75% intact with the original packaging.
After 21 days, you can still return the product, but it should be unused and have all the original packaging. However, 30 days after your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund. The returned products should also bear a receipt or proof of purchase to validate any action. We only offer exchanges for products bought in our retail store but not for those bought online.
After the return label is emailed, all returned products are expected to arrive at our facility within a fortnight. If they arrive later than that, we cannot approve a full refund or send out another return label.
What happens after we receive returned products?
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will carefully examine it and notify you via email that we have received the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse or limit a return or charge a return processing fee if we discover that our policies have been misused upon receipt of the returned product. We pride ourselves in our fair examination metrics and withhold the right to the sole discretion of the findings as it will not be open for appeals. Once the decision to approve or reject your refund has been made, we will notify you immediately.
How do I return an item?
Please make your own delivery arrangements for orders under 50 euros. Any returns from Germany within 21 days and with a value of over 50 euros are free. Please click on the link below to access the free return label. The link should direct you to DHL, our reliable shipping partner.
Carefully enter your order number and address information, and then click on the "Submit" button. Once submitted, you will immediately receive an email with an access link to your return label. Click on the link and print out the return label. Lastly, stick the return label you have printed out on the package and deliver it to a DHL branch or packing station.
Hand-delivered returns to our store are also accepted if you are nearby. The refund will then be made on the following working day in the same way as we received the payment.

Late or missing funds
In case you haven't received your refund after you are approved, recheck your bank account. Afterward, contact the credit card company because sometimes it takes time for the refund to be posted officially.
