If you are a consumer within the meaning of the German Civil Code (BGB), you have a legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
How to Withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Brewing Beauty Co. / Wunderwolf GmbH, Oranienburger Str. 32, 10117 Berlin, Germany, hello@brewingbeauty.co) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return of Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Returns within Germany are at your own expense unless the product is faulty or the return is due to an error on our part. In such cases, please contact us before sending the return.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of:
- goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized,
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery,
- goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature.
Voluntary Return Policy
