HOW TO USE

• To cleanse the face, apply with a cotton pad for gentle and effective make up removal.
• Apply to damp skin after cleansing for full-body moisturisation.

• For oral care (Ayurvedic Oil Pulling), swill 1 tablespoon of oil around the mouth for 15 minutes, gargle and rinse.
